- 5000 ft² fabrication shop with two overhead cranes (2t and 3t)
- 100t brake press, shear, iron worker, pipe bender, pipe roller, welding machines
- 5000 ft² machine shop (2 manual lathes , 2 milling machines and ancillary equipment)
- Bolt room (onsite storage of variety of nuts and bolts, metric and imeprial)
- 1000 ft² sheet metal shop (2 brakes, Pittsburgh machine, rolls etc.)
- CWB certified welders in SMAW, FCAW, SAW, GMAW on steel, aluminum & stainless
- New 1800 ft² sand blasting facilities with dust collection
- New 3200 ft² certified painting shop with two overhead cranes (2t and 5t)
- 2000 ft² pipe shop with 10t overhead crane
- 17t crane truck and 8t carry deck hydraulic crane
- Portable line boring
- Professional mechanical engineers (3 mechanical engineers on staff)
- Solidworks 3D and AutoCAD
- Sage 100 Contractor (integrated project management software)
- Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Structural engineers on retainer
- Machinists, fabricators, millwrights, welders, iron workers, pipe fitters, gas fitters, sheet metal and painters on staff
- Safety and training center with capacity for 12 people
- Union shop with signed contracts with the Building Trades Unions
